I need your help to locate the existing Hyper-V installation on as many as six Windows machines that all sit on the same LAN and produce a clean, portable copy of that hypervisor for each system. You’re free to use PowerShell, DISM, Robocopy, or any other Microsoft-friendly toolset so long as the end result is a fully bootable Hyper-V environment that mirrors what is currently installed.
Here’s what I expect:
• You "in person" connect (or guide me) to identify the precise Hyper-V build and related components on each computer.
• You create a reliable backup or clone of those Hyper-V binaries, configuration files, and any required drivers.
• You verify the copy by spinning up a quick test VM or running a checksum so we’re sure nothing is corrupted.
• You hand over the copied packages and a short “restore” script or set of instructions so I can redeploy them later without hunting for dependencies.
