Windows Server 2019 Standard with 2 VM's setup and configuration assistance.

I need a fresh installation of Windows Server 2019 Standard with 2 VM's on bare-metal hardware(current running WinSrv 2012 Std) and need an expert hand to assist me remotely with setup and virtualization layer to spin up two guest machines for web hosting. Each VM must be configured so I can quickly use or back-up disks from or in qcow, qcow2 or raw image format without compromising security.
