Virtual Computer For Staff Training

Creating an online training/onboarding platform and would like to have a virtual computer for training purposes, where our team member is able to view the programs we use and click on items to get an understanding of how to use these platforms.

Looking for: Explainer/interactive virtual computer training platform

If we are able to create this using video/image content that can be made interactive that would be great.
