VMware Horizon/AirWatch Specialist Required

We are looking for an experienced VMware Horizon and VMware AirWatch specialist to provide on-demand, incident-based support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance for both VMware Horizon VDI environments and VMware AirWatch (Workspace ONE) MDM solutions.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incidents and service requests on an as-needed basis

Diagnose and resolve issues related to VMware Horizon VDI

Troubleshoot and maintain VMware AirWatch (Workspace ONE) environments

Provide technical guidance and documentation when required

Collaborate remotely with our in-house IT team for quick resolutions

Requirements:

Proven experience with VMware Horizon and VMware AirWatch

Strong troubleshooting skills for both desktop virtualization and mobile device management

Ability to work independently and deliver solutions promptly

Good communication skills (English proficiency required)

Availability to respond to incidents on short notice
