Teach VMware ESXi Online Sessions

I need an instructor with at least five years of hands-on VMware ESXi experience to run a series of practical, online sessions for my team. The participants already work with virtualisation at an intermediate level, so I expect you to dive straight into real-world practices rather than introductory theory.

The focus of the course must cover everything from a clean ESXi install and host configuration, through day-to-day virtual-machine and resource management, right up to advanced networking and security techniques. Even though the format is lecture-based, I still want each talk grounded in live demonstrations; we have a fully functional ESXi environment on-site that you can connect to remotely and showcase each step in real time.

By the end of the engagement I should have:
• A structured slide deck (PDF or PPT) that mirrors each lecture.
• Recorded sessions we can replay for future reference.
• A concise command/PowerCLI cheat-sheet highlighting the key workflows you demonstrate.
