Set up a Hetzner dedicated GPU server

Set up a Hetzner dedicated GPU server (EU) for me as a remote Blender workstation: install Windows (license), NVIDIA drivers, Parsec + AnyDesk as fallback, create user accounts (no admin), disable file transfer/clipboard, and set up a clean project folder structure. Reason:for Blender freelancers can work fast without heavy hardware, while all .blend files and renders stay on tCan you do this for me? What do you need from me?
