Proxmox SDN and VPN setup

I am setting up a cloud-hosted Proxmox instance and require assistance with the following tasks:

SDN (Software-Defined Networking) Setup:

Properly configure SDN on Proxmox for efficient network management.
Ensure seamless communication between VMs and optimize network performance.
VPN Container Configuration:

Set up a VPN container to enable L2TP/IPsec connections.
Ensure secure and reliable remote access to the internal IPs of the VMs from external networks.
Requirements:

Proven experience with Proxmox networking and SDN configuration.
Expertise in setting up L2TP/IPsec VPNs in a virtualized environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
Strong understanding of cloud-hosted infrastructure and virtual machine networking.
