KVM Setup on SUSE

I'm looking for an expert in SUSE and KVM to help configure a virtualization environment for development and testing purposes. The setup will primarily involve Linux operating systems.

Key requirements:
- KVM installation and configuration on SUSE Harvester & SUSE Longhorn
- Creating and managing Linux VM instances
- Network configuration for VMs
- Performance optimization and security hardening

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong background in SUSE Linux and KVM
- Experience with virtualization for development/testing
