Install Ubuntu 15.10 on VMware, Windows 10

I need help installing Ubuntu 15.10 on a VMware VM within my Windows 10 setup. I currently have Ubuntu 24.04 running, which is not the version I need for work.

Requirements:
- Work within my existing Windows 10 and VMware setup

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with VMware and Ubuntu
- Familiarity with Windows 10 environments
- Experience with VM setup and OS installation
