Hyper-V VM Recovery Assistance

My primary Hyper-V guest has dropped into an automatic restart loop, and every boot attempt ends with the “Virtual machine failed to start” error. Investigation points to a corrupted virtual-machine file, so I need an experienced Hyper-V troubleshooter to get this server back online without data loss.

Scope
• Diagnose the corrupted file and confirm the root cause
• Repair or rebuild the VHD/X (or other affected components) so the VM boots cleanly
• Validate OS integrity once the guest starts, ensuring services come up and storage is intact
• Document exactly what you changed so I can follow the steps if it happens again
