Azure L2 & Hyper-V Engineer Needed

I need a dependable Level 2 engineer who can slide straight into our existing Azure-centric stack and keep everything humming. Day to day you will be watching the dashboards, jumping on alerts, and refining configurations so that our workloads stay available and performant.

What the role covers
• Monitoring and maintenance of all Azure resources and our on-prem Hyper-V hosts
• Rapid troubleshooting and user-facing support whenever incidents arise
• Planning and executing new configurations as requirements evolve

Hyper-V depth is essential: you should be comfortable spinning up and tuning virtual machines, managing cluster storage, and handling the networking layer inside the hypervisor.

On the Azure side you’ll touch more than the basics—Azure AD, Backup, and Site Recovery are already in play, and the environment also includes VPN gateways, AKS clusters, NSGs, VNets and other common services. If you can look at a deployment template or an ARM policy and immediately spot what needs fixing, you’re the person I’m after.

Clear, concise documentation of every change and a proactive mindset toward optimisation will be key acceptance criteria for each task you complete.
