Android 13 ISO Cloud Optimization

We are looking for an experienced Android systems developer to create a custom Android 12 or 13 or later ISO image optimized for virtualization environments such as KVM and Vmware EXSI

Experience with Android source builds and customization
Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM)
Optimization for performance and low-latency networking
Familiarity with Android x86 or similar projects
We want host this image for virtualization machines

Performance goals
• Cut cold-boot time right down so the instance reaches the lock screen in seconds, not minutes.
• Tune kernel, I/O scheduler and services to lower CPU- and RAM-usage across idle and peak loads.
• Keep typical app launch times snappy even under constrained vCPU counts.
• Remove unnecessary packages and services to improve performance
Security goals
• Strengthen at-rest and in-transit encryption (full-disk plus TLS/WebRTC traffic).
• Ship with current patches and SELinux enforcing.
• Make sure the WebRTC stack supports low-latency audio/video hand-off without opening unnecessary ports.

Deliverables
1. Optimised Android 13 ISO ready for KVM/virt-manager deployment.
2. Before/after benchmarks (boot time, memory footprint, app launch latency).
3. A short technical changelog so I can reproduce the build in future (kernel flags, removed packages, SELinux rules, build scripts).
4.Low latency for connection in VM's
5.Optimize and imporove for Virtualization RAM/CPU
6.Bootable ISO image ready for VMware and/or KVM
7.Documentation of the build process and configuration steps
