Virtual Staging for Listings
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have several listing photos that need to be virtually staged so they stand out online and in print marketing. I will send you high-resolution, professionally shot images for each space—these may range from living areas and bedrooms to kitchens or other rooms, depending on the property.
For every photo you’ll receive:
• the room’s measurements, target buyer profile, and a brief note on mood or function (general guidelines ratherw than strict furniture lists)
• my preferred export specs for MLS and social media
The visual style isn’t fixed to Modern, Traditional, or Minimalist; I’m open to a tailored look that suits each property. Feel free to combine elements or suggest something fresh when it makes sense.
Your deliverable: clean, photo-realistic JPEGs/PNGs that are indistinguishable from real staging, delivered in both full resolution and web-optimized versions. You can use the workflow you prefer—Photoshop, 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp, or comparable software—as long as the final images look convincing and are free of watermarks.
