Property renderings
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
We have several luxury property listings and are looking to have renders produced.
– Must be at an exceptionally high standard of realism
1. Images: Remove furniture / declutter; add furniture and decoration, about 10 images
– Some furniture / decor cad blocks we will supply, some will be generic
2. Option for short video (5s - 10s): single perspective from 1 room, showing sunrise to sunset with the shadows / light changing
3. Option for 3D virtual room: build out a 360 virtual space based on specs / photos provided plus removing furniture and adding furniture / decor
