I need a virtual reality developer for some quick guidance on two aspects of a program in unreal engine

I’m looking for a developer to help me with a small project that is somewhat of a proof of concept. The two key things I need are working lightswitches, and a UI that opens when pressing a Oculus Touch button to change levels. As this is a proof of concept, I need to be able understand how the system works and transplant it into further projects.

Two other great helps if possible would be the ability to control the suns position through the use of a wrist watch interface, and help with setting up a dynamic night sky.
