Virtual Reality Program Developer for Mental Health Training

Hi there, I am looking at developing virtual reality programs/equipment for improving mental of health on a number of different topics. The main areas of focus are resiliency, self-compassion, mindfulness, self-esteem, and leadership. If I have a teaching program in mind, can this be implemented into a VR program. If so, what is the minimum-maximum price we're looking at based on the scope of the project?
