Modern Luxe Living Room 3D Renders and VR Walkthrough
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I have the floor plans and concept boards ready for a residential project and now need them transformed into photorealistic 3D visuals and an interactive VR walkthrough. The scope covers three key areas—living room, kitchen, and bedroom—each styled in a Modern Luxe aesthetic with rich textures, statement lighting, and a neutral-gold palette. Will start with Living Room first, and if our partnership is good we can proceed to more design projects.
Coohom is my preferred platform because of its built-in VR tour feature and furniture library; however, I’m open to you modelling in 3ds Max, Blender, or similar and importing the assets into Coohom as long as the final tour functions smoothly online and able to view VR Walkthrough.
Deliverables
• High-resolution still render for each room (minimum 4K)
• 360° panoramas suitable for Coohom’s VR tour
• Fully linked VR walkthrough hosted on Coohom (shareable URL)
• Editable project file(s) so I can tweak finishes later if needed
Acceptance criteria
• Lighting, materials, and reflections match Modern Luxe references I’ll supply
• No visible geometry glitches or texture stretching at eye level in VR
• Walkthrough loads in under 10 seconds on a 50 Mb/s connection
Once I approve clay renders, you can proceed to final texturing and post-production. Milestones can be set per room to keep feedback quick and focused.
