3D VR Model of Healthcare Clinic from 2D Floor Plans

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist / VR developer to create a realistic 3D virtual reality model of a healthcare clinic.

I already have the complete 2D floor plans of the building. The goal is to transform these plans into a fully modeled 3D environment, including both the architectural structure and the interior furnishings.

This VR model will be used to allow my business partners to virtually walk inside the clinic we are planning to build, in order to better visualize the spaces, layout, and design.

Main requirements:
• 3D reconstruction of the clinic based on provided 2D plans
• Interior and exterior modeling
• Realistic furniture and materials
• Optimized for VR navigation (e.g. walkthrough experience, flying or as suggested)
• File compatible with common VR platforms (Unity/Unreal or similar)

Deliverables:
• Complete 3D model of the clinic
• VR-ready environment or walkthrough
• Source files and exported version
