High-Detail VR Building Walkthrough
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I want the entire building recreated as an immersive virtual-reality walkthrough. Every space—public areas, corridors, service rooms—must feel real, with accurate textures, materials, and lighting that match the final design intent. When I “step” inside the headset I should see refined surface finishes, believable reflections, dynamic shadows, and smoothly animated doors or elevators where they appear in the plans.
Scope
• Model the full architectural layout from my drawings (to be shared on project start).
• Add furniture, fixtures, and décor so each room looks move-in ready.
• Bake or real-time compute lighting to achieve realistic ambience without sacrificing frame-rate.
• Package the experience so I can launch it directly in a common VR headset (stand-alone build plus an executable for desktop-tethered use).
Deliverables
1. Optimised VR application (build folder and installer).
2. Source project files (e.g., Unity or Unreal) organised and clearly labelled.
3. A short video screen-capture that demonstrates navigation through key zones for quick review.
4. Read-me explaining controls and recommended hardware specs.
Acceptance criteria
• Consistent 72 FPS or higher on a standard current-gen VR device.
• Materials, colours, and lighting match the reference renders I provide.
• No geometry glitches, light leaks, or texture popping during a complete walkthrough from lobby to roof.
If you have a preferred engine or unique optimisation workflow, mention it so I can make sure it aligns with the rest of the pipeline. I’m ready to start as soon as I see a concise plan and a realistic timeline for milestones.
