About Us:
We are launching a VR Family Entertainment Center and are seeking a skilled VR/IT Technician on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who has experience setting up VR hardware and software, calibrating headsets, and maintaining gaming PCs.
Responsibilities:
Initial setup of VR hardware and gaming PCs (Oculus/Meta and other VR platforms).
Install, configure, and update VR software and games.
Calibrate VR systems to ensure smooth, reliable gameplay.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues as needed.
Provide recommendations for ongoing system improvements and maintenance.
Requirements:
Experience with VR headsets (Oculus/Meta, HTC Vive, Valve Index, etc.).
Strong knowledge of gaming PC specs, drivers, and optimization.
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/software issues quickly.
Experience with local networks, multiplayer setup, or arcade/entertainment centers a plus.
