VR - Dolphin/Gamecube/Wii in VR

Hey there - I own a marketing agency, and am heavily investing in the future of marketing in VR.
So we have a TON of side projects going on, all in the VR/web3 space.
Looking at some community feedback, it looks like there is a real desire for a new Gamecube/Wii Dolphin VR fork.

I'm looking to hire someone on our team to take this on as a side project, and to bring this project from 0 - 100.
No one on my team has given me a projected cost or scope for a project like this, so I'm looking for feedback on turnaround time, challenges, and a total cost for the project.
