6DoF Promotional VR Experience
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am planning a live, immersive VR activation that showcases our brand in a memorable way. The goal is to give visitors a full-freedom (6DoF) experience they can walk through, interact with, and talk about long after the event. Think of it as a virtual showroom or pop-up venue where products, stories, and calls-to-action come to life.
Because I do not yet have any 3D assets, you will handle everything from concept sketches through to textured, optimized models and animations. Once the assets are in place, you will build the entire scene in a real-time engine—Unity or Unreal Engine are both fine with me—ensuring smooth performance on common tethered and standalone headsets.
Deliverables
• Original 3D models and environments tailored to the brand brief
• A complete 6DoF VR application with intuitive interaction (grab, teleport, UI prompts)
• Event-ready build files plus simple instructions for launching on the target headset
• Source project with neatly organised assets for future updates
Acceptance will be based on:
1. Visual quality matching approved concept art
2. Stable 80–90 fps performance on the chosen hardware
3. Seamless brand integration and clear promotional call-outs
4. An on-site test session (remote okay) where we confirm every interaction works end-to-end
If you have a portfolio showing interactive marketing or experiential installations, I would love to see it when you respond.
