I need a full-fledged virtual-reality walkthrough for a new commercial building we are developing in Chennai. The experience must let viewers move seamlessly through the exteriors, transition into the main lobby and shared corridors, then explore key interior zones such as retail floors and office spaces. Every common area—terraces, lift lobbies, restrooms, even the parking deck—should feel true to scale and rich in detail so that stakeholders can grasp the design intent long before construction finishes.

Here’s how I plan to work with you: I will provide the latest CAD drawings, reference photographs of surrounding context, our interior material schedule, and the landscape concept. Taking those assets, you will model or optimise the geometry, light the scene realistically, apply the specified textures, and build an interactive VR package that runs smoothly on a Meta Quest and a PC VR headset. If you prefer Unreal Engine, Unity, or another real-time platform, just let me know—fluid performance and accurate representation matter more than the specific tool.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria):
