Zero-Downtime OpenCart 3→4 Migration

We need to migrate our OpenCart 3.0.3 e-commerce site to OpenCart 4.1.x with zero downtime, and set up a new VPS/Cloud hosting environment (min. 4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM / NVMe SSD).
The project includes setting up a staging environment, transferring all files and database, installing and testing all extensions and the Journal 3 theme, and performing a few small customizations — such as shared stock by SKU, SEO fixes, admin UI improvements, image optimization, and security hardening.
Developers experienced in OpenCart 4, Journal 3, Linux server management, and high-traffic e-commerce performance optimization are preferred.
