VPS App & Panel Deployment

I already have the source code for an admin panel plus two mobile applications—one written in Flutter and the other in native code—and I need everything set up and running on my Linux-based VPS. The job covers three concrete tasks:

• Install and configure the admin panel on the server, including all required dependencies and a production-ready web server stack.
• Compile, configure, and deploy the Flutter mobile app.
• Compile, configure, and deploy the native mobile app.

You are free to choose either MySQL or PostgreSQL for the database; pick whichever integrates most smoothly with the codebase and your deployment workflow. Once installation is complete, I should be able to:

1. Reach the admin panel in a browser over HTTPS.
2. Download signed builds of both mobile apps ready for store submission.
3. Verify that both apps communicate flawlessly with the backend.

Please let me know your estimated timeline and any server prerequisites you might need me to handle in advance (SSL certificates, extra ports, etc.).
