VOS Radio Streaming and Podcast Setup

Job Description
We are launching VOS Radio, an international, East African-focused radio station. We are seeking an experienced Internet Radio / Streaming Specialist to handle the complete setup from beginning to end.
This role requires hands-on experience with AzuraCast, VPS servers, podcast RSS feeds, and live audio streaming. The selected specialist will be responsible for delivering a fully functional, professional radio and podcast platform.

Scope of Work (End-to-End)
Domain & Hosting
• Configure domain settings (DNS, SSL certificates, subdomains)
• Set up web hosting (Namecheap, Bluehost, or Hostinger)
24/7 Live Radio Streaming
• Deploy AzuraCast on a VPS (DigitalOcean, Vultr, or Linode)
• Configure AutoDJ and Live DJ functionality
• Create and test public streaming links
• Ensure reliable continuous playback
Podcast System
• Set up podcast hosting or AzuraCast podcast features
• Generate a fully functional RSS feed
• Ensure compatibility with:
o Spotify
o Apple Podcasts
o Google Podcasts
Website Integration
• Integrate existing simple radio and podcast web pages
• Ensure all links use HTTPS (no local or file-based links)
Testing & Handover
• Test all links across:
o WhatsApp
o Web browsers
o Mobile devices
• Provide clear documentation
• Train the owner on basic operations (uploading audio, going live)

Required Experience (Mandatory)
• Proven experience with AzuraCast
• VPS and Linux server administration
• Audio streaming technologies (Icecast or similar)
• Podcast RSS feed creation and management
• DNS and SSL configuration
