Unified VPS Client Portal Setup
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run my own VPS and now need a fully integrated customer portal that brings together ticketing, monitoring, documentation, billing and contract management in one place. My stack is already chosen:
• GLPI – ticketing, asset tracking, client portal
• GLPI Agent – inventory collection
• BookStack – internal and client-facing documentation
• Zabbix – performance and uptime monitoring
• Wazuh – security monitoring and alerting
• MeshCentral – remote support console
• Tailscale – VPN connectivity for staff and clients
• Invoice Ninja + Stripe – billing, payments and contract e-signing
Here is what I need you to deliver:
1. Install and configure each application on the VPS, making sure services run cleanly behind SSL.
2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) across the entire portal.
3. Create three user roles—Admin, Service Technician and Client User—with the correct permissions reflected in every tool.
4. Build white-label dashboards: one master panel for service techs plus individually branded dashboards for each client that pull data from GLPI, Zabbix and Wazuh. The branding itself (logos, colours, possible custom domains) should be configurable so I can change it per client later.
5. Wire up automation where possible—alerts from Zabbix and Wazuh should open tickets in GLPI automatically; resolved tickets should close related alerts.
6. Connect Invoice Ninja to Stripe for recurring payments and link contract templates so clients can review and sign inside the same portal.
Acceptance criteria:
• All services reachable through a single, secure web gateway.
• Role-based access verified for at least one test Admin, Technician and Client account.
• 2FA required on every login.
• Sample white-label client shows correct logo/colours and restricted data view.
• Automated alert-to-ticket workflow demonstrated end-to-end.
• Test invoice paid through Stripe and recorded in Invoice Ninja.
