Nextcloud Setup for Team Sharing
Budget: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 INR
I need a clean, fully-functional Nextcloud installation focused on secure file storage and sharing for a small team of 11 – 50 people. Our day-to-day work revolves around documents and spreadsheets, so smooth editing, versioning, and permission management are critical.
Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• A fresh Nextcloud instance (self-hosted on our VPS or a recommended managed host—whichever you feel delivers the best speed and reliability).
• User onboarding for up to 50 accounts with sensible default groups, quotas, and access rights.
• Group Folders or an equivalent structure that makes it effortless for colleagues to find, share, and collaborate on files.
• Core apps configured (Collabora, OnlyOffice, or another suite you prefer) so we can co-edit docs directly in the browser.
• SSL, server-side encryption, and any hardening steps you normally apply to keep data safe.
• A brief hand-off guide or screen-share session so I can manage users, updates, and backups confidently going forward.
