Move CodeIgniter Script to VPS

I need my existing Codecanyon application, built with CodeIgniter, moved from a shared hosting environment to a fresh VPS. The new server will run Ubuntu, and I’m open to whichever control panel you feel is quickest—cPanel, Plesk, or a manual setup all work for me.
Key steps I expect:
• Copy all site files and the full MySQL database from the current host.
• Set up the VPS in the way CodeIgniter prefers.
• Import the database, adjust configuration paths, environment variables, and permissions so the app loads cleanly over HTTPS.
