Laravel Expert for eClassify VPS Setup

I need an experienced Laravel + VPS server expert to properly install and configure the eClassify Laravel application on my VPS with cPanel/WHM.

Current situation:
- Domain: solxgo.com
- VPS with cPanel/WHM installed
- eClassify source code available
- Database already created
- Installer page (/install) is accessible but setup is incomplete
- Facing issues with admin panel routing, PHP extensions, document root, and domain/subdomain configuration

Scope of work:
1. Correct Laravel deployment on VPS (public_html, document root, permissions)
2. Complete eClassify installation properly
3. Fix admin panel access (URL routing like /admin or subdomain if needed)
4. Configure PHP version & required extensions
5. Database connection & .env verification
6. SSL setup (HTTPS)
7. Final testing to ensure:
- Website loads correctly
- Admin panel works properly

Requirements:
- Strong experience in Laravel deployment
- VPS + cPanel/WHM knowledge
- Can work via Freelancer chat (no advance payment)
- Should explain what was wrong and how it was fixed
