Fastest vps or dedicated server with moroccan ip

i need a fast setup with moroccan ip which i can access 24/7 from remote desktop. Its very important that this ip would be like random personal ip, and not company ip etc.. because so many websites dont allow vps or vpn public ip.. and i will need access many different sites.

Important thing is that the os have to be Windows. Ofc all i need is the info and maybe help to setup, but i will pay the server or vpn.
