ERPNext Module Implementation & Tuning
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a fresh ERPNext instance installed on my server and configured for day-to-day use. The scope covers Accounting, Inventory, and HR & Payroll, making sure each module is set up with company details, chart of accounts, item masters, employee records, and payroll cycles. I will need a few light tweaks—mainly extra fields, personalized print formats, and a couple of workflow adjustments—to match our internal processes, but nothing that strays far from core functionality.
I do not require any external integrations at this stage, so your focus can stay on getting these three modules running smoothly, validating data, and ensuring reports reconcile correctly.
Deliverables
• Clean ERPNext/Frappe installation on our VPS
• Fully configured Accounting, Inventory, HR & Payroll modules with sample data removed
• Minor custom fields, print formats, and workflows implemented and documented
• Brief hand-off guide (or screen-share session) covering daily operations, backups, and user management
• One round of post-go-live fixes within the first week
