Configure WireGuard on CentOS VPS

Job ID: 40447109

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I already have a CentOS-based VPS running and need a clean, secure WireGuard deployment for a client-to-site setup. Only a handful of devices—no more than five—will be connecting, so the configuration can stay lean but must be solid enough for everyday remote access.

Here’s what I expect:

• Install the latest stable WireGuard packages on CentOS and enable them to start automatically after reboot.
• Create the server interface, generate keys, and assign an internal VPN subnet.
• Open and persist the required UDP port in firewalld (or iptables if you prefer) and enable IPv4 forwarding so traffic routes properly.
• Produce ready-to-import client configuration files (or QR codes) for up to five devices, each with its own key pair.
• Test connectivity end-to-end—I’ll provide a device for you to verify pinging private resources through the tunnel.
• Supply concise, copy-and-paste command notes so I can add or revoke clients later without breaking the setup.

If you’ve tuned WireGuard on CentOS before, this should be quick work; I just want it done right the first time.
