Virtual Machine/Virtual Box

Looking for someone who can guide me on how to fix a problem I am having with my virtual machine. I installed virtual box on my computer (windows 10). Recently it has been automatically logging me off and shutting down every hour while I am using it. How do I stop this from happening?
