QuickBooks Desktop VM Needed

I’m building and testing code that talks directly to QuickBooks Desktop, so I simply need a clean QuickBooks installation inside a virtual machine. No production data is required— in fact, I prefer a dummy or sample company file so there’s zero risk of exposing real information.
Your task is to provide a fully licensed copy of QuickBooks Premier (any recent year is fine) pre-installed in a self-contained VM that I can spin up on my side. VirtualBox, VMware, Parallels, or Hyper-V all work for me; choose whichever you’re most comfortable exporting.
What I expect to receive:
• The VM image with QuickBooks Premier already activated
• Admin credentials for both the OS and QuickBooks
• A sample company file populated with realistic but fictitious transactions
