Machineries sell/Equipment's sell

Hello, I am looking to hire someone to help me with the sale of pharmaceutical machinery. The machineries/equipment that I will be selling include heavy machinery, light machinery, and electronic equipment. I plan to take orders from the customers primarily via email, so I need someone who has experience in e-commerce and understands how to establish communication with clients. Primarily, I do not have existing customers, so this task would require you to help build relationships and market the product. The successful candidate should also have prior sales experience, a strong knowledge of the industry, and the ability to retain customers through excellent customer service.
