Fix Nutanix DR to Primary site slow Replication

We have a cluster with a remote DR site with Snapshots replication. Recently due to an outage in primary we swing over to the DR site.
We had to rebuild the Primary Cluster and now trying to restore snapshots from the DR site however the transfer is very slow or almost not moving. The link between the Primary and DR site is 10Gbps Layer 2.
