my plan is :
in first 1 week, we work as 1-2 hours per day;
then in the 2-3 weeks, we work as 3-4 hours per day;
after you understand all our work , and once you work smoothly, I can hire you as 6-8Hours per day.
and if your work quality is always good, I can hire you long term.

Requirement: your English must be good, especially the prounciation because we need to call to USA customer.
