VA virtual assistant needed - long term only

Hey there,
I am in need for a virtual personal assistant.
You should be able to:
- organize yourself
- having great English skills (written & speaking)
- solution oriented!!
- self reliant
- keep deadlines
- willing to continuesly learn & grow
- work accuratley..
I can give you enough work for a full time job, if you want to. Though it depends on your skills and professionalism. You should track your time and also be available via email, telegram (and signal if possible).
At the beginning it might not be full time, as I first need to test your skills and see if we can work together in a good way. Then we both can extend. :)
Tasks depends on your skills and upon current needs.
It can be (you don´t need to be able to do all ^^)
- wordpress maintainance (especially with elementor pro and wmpl translation plugin)
- research
- travel planning
- being group admin in telegram/discord
- social media planning (content) and set them up in our social media planning tool called socialbee
- design creation with canva (for social media, Youtube Thumbnails, ..)
- do some excel entry work and, if you can even advanced calculations
- Newsletter creation and translation (using deepl or google translate)
- adding some blog articles on wordpress, elementor pro, wpml
- be in touch, support, schedule appointments,..
- hire other freelancers and manage them
- video editing
- minor SEO / marketing tasks
If you read everything and find you are suitable for being my personal assistant, then i need following details in your application! If details are not complete I can not consider you.
Mention how many hours per day/week would you be available?
Any specific times only?

How much would you charge per hour? or week (full time)?
What are your experiences according to the tasks I mentioned here?
Which skills do you already have and which not, but are confident to learn it.
