virtual assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are an Ecommerce company dealing with variety products and we are looking for a virtual assistant to join our team.
The tasks includes but not limited to:
Follow up with the delivery companies and make sure that each order is getting delivered within the agreed time frame and solve any issues that may arise during delivery.
Create the confirmed orders on each delivery company portal.
Create the required reports
The agent must be solely free for this project and not committed to any other task, job or study
work hours: 6 days a week, 10 hours a day
The agent must be fluent in both Arabic and English
Must also have good communications skills
Good Excel skills
Good Email communication skills
