usa property cadastral search assistant

we need to search for lands
With only given some cadastral details
for each land, we need a search done on it
to get google map address and search in zillow
and also, to check if it is in a flood area
This can be done by anybody with good search abilities
We would have to test try
each search would be paid 0.25usd
but minimum would be 100 addresses to be searched

we have a couple of hundreds search to be done on a regular basis (every month)
