VA required for Creative and Marketing Company in Australia
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I run a marketing firm based in Australia, and I'm seeking a Virtual Assistant with a flair for creativity and strong marketing skills to help us manage our social media platforms, wordpress sites and other admin tasks we require. We estimate around 4 hours work a day.
Anything you don't know we will provided instruction and feedback to get you up to speed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with content creation for our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts, primarily focusing on graphics and images.
- Scheduling posts in a timely manner to maximise audience engagement.
- Updating content on Wordpress sites
- Fulfilling orders on shopify sites
- Contacting prospective clients by email
Ideal Candidate:
- In a similar timezone to Australia
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Previous experience with content creation, specifically graphics and images.
- Familiar with post scheduling and the tools used for this task.
- Skills in Wordpress.
