I need a virtual assistant

I am a very busy interior designer with a full time design job as well. I need an assistant to handle my scheduling, clients' expectations for each meeting and friendly reminders to me. As time goes on I will hope to add much more to the job. I am moving to Charleston South Carolina so I will be working with clients in both states as well as clients' second homes. So items such as vendors license set ups and reminders to file monthly taxes will be such a help.
