The Role:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant who is not just technologically proficient but also resonates with our mission of promoting mental wellness. You will be an integral part of our operations and marketing efforts, helping us streamline processes, manage the publishing of events and podcasts, and coordinate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate smooth onbording, setup and edits of our guides' profiles and availability on our website and Acuity.
Coordinate and manage the publishing of events
Coordinate and manage podcasts recordings for publishing
Automate workflows using Zapier and Circle to streamline experiences for partners and members
Utilize ChatGPT effectively for various tasks and research.
Extrapolate and dessiminate content effectively on our social platforms.
Uphold effective communication within the team and with clients.
Handle administrative tasks with autonomy and reliability.

Qualifications:
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is a must.
Proficient or familiarity in Notion, Zapier, Zoom, Circle, Google Docs and Sheets, Riversidefm, DScript
Utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT for productivity and efficiency
Experience in managing the setup and wrap-up of online events, podcasts, and basic marketing tasks.
Proven track record of being a self-starter, reliable, and accountable.
Ability to work independently with high integrity.
