Requirements:

- Proficient in Property Management
- Ability to identify and attract top talent in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills

Responsibilities:
- Conducting candidate searches and screenings for open positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Building and maintaining a network of qualified candidates in the real estate industry
- Providing regular updates and feedback to hiring managers

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Entry-level Recruiter with real estate experience
- Strong background in Property Management
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully hiring and placing candidates in real estate roles
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
