VA to help us with Recruiting Job Candidates

Looking for a virtual assistant to help us with recruiting attorney/soon to be attorney job candidates who are graduating this year or have graduated in the past two years from law school. The specific tasks we need help with are job posting, resume-writing sample-references collection, scheduling interviews using Zoho Recruit. The ideal candidate should have experience in scheduling interviews and using project management software and be willing to work weekly.
