eBay Store VA Partnership

I need a dependable virtual assistant to keep my eBay store running smoothly day-to-day while we scale. Your first priority will be product research: every week I want fresh, data-backed ideas for items in the home, seasonal and daily usage niche (the broader Home & Garden category) that can be sourced from suppliers in the United Kingdom. You’ll vet each item for strong profit margin, solid customer demand and as little competition as possible before it ever hits my listings.

Once products are approved, you’ll create fully optimised eBay listings—compelling titles, keyword-rich descriptions, clean photos and the right item specifics—to maximise visibility and conversion. From there, you’ll take care of order processing, dispatching with my chosen UK suppliers and promptly uploading tracking so customers stay informed. Basic customer messages should be answered courteously within 24 hours, and I’d like a brief sales and performance update sent at the end of each week.

Deliverables
• 5–10 new product suggestions every day that meet the research criteria
• Optimised listings live on the store within 24 hours of approval
• Orders processed and tracking uploaded the same business day
• Customer enquiries handled within 24 hours, Customer satisfaction, removal of negative feedback, timely responses, and contacting the eBay support team.
• Weekly performance summary (sales, best sellers, issues to flag)
