E-commerce Virtual Assistant Required

As the owner of an e-commerce business, I am in need of a talented and dedicated virtual assistant to help manage various aspects of my online store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Customer Support: You will manage customer inquiries and issues primarily via email and live chat. Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude are essential.
- Order Processing: You will help ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Attention to detail and organizational skills are key.
- Inventory Management: You will assist in tracking and managing inventory levels. Experience with stock management is a plus.

The platform I am using for my e-commerce store is Jio Store. Familiarity with this platform will be highly advantageous.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:

- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Jio Store is a plus, but not mandatory.
