E-commerce Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to provide customer support and manage social media for my online store. The ideal candidate will be committed for 10-20 hours a week, ensuring orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer queries and provide timely and accurate customer support
- Handle social media presence, creating and posting regular content
Ideal Skills:
- An entry-level understanding of e-commerce customer support
- Basic knowledge of social media management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
No previous experience is required as long as you're willing to learn and grow. If you're a proactive person that takes pride in their work and wants to help a small business grow, I'd love to hear from you.
Payroll will be based off of your performance and the hours put into work. It is negotiable if you are skilled and excel in this field.
