E-commerce Order Processing/Customer Service for Custom Sportswear Online Store
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
My e-commerce store is looking for a detailed oriented fast learning virtual assistant for a long term position to assist in processing orders. Some of the main task you will be assisting will be with the production of orders via email, updating customers via email, updating orders via Shopify, and keeping track of the orders via google sheets.
Required experience:
• Must be familiar with Shopify
• Email communication/etiquette
• fluent in english
• work in pst or est time zone
